Caitlin Crow

MPhysT, BPhysT

Caitlin is a passionate physiotherapist, practice owner, pilates instructor and dedicated triathlete. She has completed her undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Physiotherapy, and has built her practice around helping people move well, recover fully, and reach their personal best  - whether that means returning to daily life pain-free or achieving peak athletic performance.

Caitlin has furthered her skills with certifications in dry needling, strapping, and the SANDTA introductory course, allowing her to take a holistic and evidence-based approach to treatment.

As a triathlete who has completed a few half Ironman races, she understand firsthand the physical demands of endurance sports and the importance of injury prevention, efficient movement, and functional strength. This personal experience shapes how she treats her patients, especially fellow athletes, giving her insight into both the physical and mental aspects of recovery and performance.
