Caitlin Crow

Caitlin is a passionate physiotherapist, practice owner, pilates instructor and dedicated triathlete. She has completed her undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Physiotherapy, and has built her practice around helping people move well, recover fully, and reach their personal best - whether that means returning to daily life pain-free or achieving peak athletic performance.

Caitlin has furthered her skills with certifications in dry needling, strapping, and the SANDTA introductory course, allowing her to take a holistic and evidence-based approach to treatment.

As a triathlete who has completed a few half Ironman races, she understand firsthand the physical demands of endurance sports and the importance of injury prevention, efficient movement, and functional strength. This personal experience shapes how she treats her patients, especially fellow athletes, giving her insight into both the physical and mental aspects of recovery and performance.

Danni Walker
BSc (Phys)
Danni qualified as a Physiotherapist from Wits University in 2021 and has been passionate about helping people move and feel better ever since. She has a special interest in treating neck pain, headaches, TMJ disorders, as well as knee and ankle injuries, from everyday niggles to post-operative rehabilitation.
With additional training in dry needling and strapping, and currently completing a postgraduate course in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Danni brings both skill and dedication to her treatments. She enjoys working closely with her patients, tailoring her approach to their individual needs and goals.
As an active person herself, Danni especially enjoys working with people who want to stay active, whether that’s in sport, exercise, or just daily life. Her warm and encouraging nature makes her a great partner on the journey to recovery and improved movement.
